- 15 c. popped corn
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200°.

2Mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in heavy saucepan.

3Cook and stir over medium heat.

4Cook 5 minutes and take pan off heat.

5Stir in soda and stir until mixture is foamy.

6Pour over popped corn and stir until corn is well coated.

7Divide between 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.

8Bake the corn for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

9Cool and store in tightly covered container.
