- 15 c. popped corn
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250°.

2Divide popped corn into 2 large baking pans.

3Mix brown sugar, butter and corn syrup and salt in saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until it bubbles around the edge.

4Cook 5 minutes more.

5Take pan off heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla.

6Pour equal amounts of the mixture over the popcorn.

7Stir until popcorn is coated.

8Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

9Cool.

10Store in airtight container.
