  • 1 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. oil or melted butter

Directions

    Set aside corn flake crumbs. Cut fish into serving pieces, allowing about 1/4 pound for each serving.

    Combine milk and salt. Dip fish in milk, then in crumbs. Arrange on well oiled baking sheet or shallow pan. Sprinkle fish with vegetable oil. Bake in moderate oven at 375° for 20 minutes or until tender.
