  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    Cut fillets in serving pieces.

    Dip in milk and roll in bread crumbs.

    Place in well-greased baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Drizzle melted butter or margarine over fish and bake in an extremely hot oven (500°) for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

    Serves 3 to 4.
