- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Cut fillets in serving pieces.

2Dip in milk and roll in bread crumbs.

3Place in well-greased baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Drizzle melted butter or margarine over fish and bake in an extremely hot oven (500°) for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

5Serves 3 to 4.
