- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
- 1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Combine yogurt, paprika, thyme, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

3Mix well.

4Coat chicken with mixture. Chicken may be covered and refrigerated overnight or until baking or bake immediately. Spray shallow roasting pan or jelly roll pan with vegetable spray.

5Combine bread crumbs and margarine in shallow dish, mixing well.

6Coat chicken in crumbs.

7Place in pan. Bake breasts for 25 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
