- 1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
- 1 c. low-fat buttermilk
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 c. (3 oz. pkg.) herbed stuffing mix
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Remove skin from chicken; coat 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

2Combine chicken and buttermilk in food storage bag; push out all air and seal.

3Whirl garlic in food processor; add stuffing mix, oil and pepper.

4Whirl; pour into baking dish. Shake off excess buttermilk from chicken and roll in stuffing mix; arrange in baking dish.

5Bake at 375° for 35 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165°.
