  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Shake in large plastic bag.

    Dip legs and thigh pieces into 1/3 cup oil and 1/3 cup melted margarine.

    Allow to stand 1 hour on baking sheet.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, turn over for additional 15 minutes.

    May be baked with or without skin, but with skin is tastier.
