  • 2 teaspoons Dried Leaf Herb (like Italian Seasoning)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 pounds Chicken (pieces, Drumsticks, Thighs Or Wings)
  • 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    In a small bowl, combine butter, mustard, leaf herb and salt.

    Mix well.

    Wash chicken pieces and set aside.

    Dry the skin side with paper towels.

    Spread butter mixture on the skin side of the chicken pieces.

    On a piece of waxed paper, spread out bread crumbs and roll chicken in the crumb mixture.

    Pat crumbs gently onto all sides of chicken.
