Oven-Fried Ginger Chicken

- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and deboned
- 1/2 c. unprocessed bran
- butter flavored, nonstick vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Mix the flour, pepper, sesame seed, ginger and bran together in a small bowl.

2Spray the chicken with the vegetable cooking spray and then dip in soy sauce.

3Coat with the ginger mixture and place in a metal baking dish which has been coated with nonstick spray. Now lightly spray one more time with the vegetable cooking spray and drizzle the remaining soy sauce evenly over all chicken breasts.

4Sprinkle bran crumbs on top.

5Bake in a 375° oven for about 40 minutes or until tender.
