Oven Fried Lemon Chicken

- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- juice of large lemon
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1In a shallow bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper (to taste).

2Cut chicken breasts in half and place in marinade; turn to coat well.

3Cover and refrigerate approximately 15 minutes or overnight.

4Remove from bowl; shake off excess.

5Dredge breasts in bread crumbs; reserve on platter and refrigerate.
