- 1/2 lb. Polish sausage meat
- 4 c. cubed bread, slightly dry
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. dried celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown sausage; remove from pan with slotted spoon (the sausage has been removed from the casing).

2Place in bowl and add bread and seasonings; drizzle milk over it.

3Saute celery in butter until soft.

4Stir into mixture.

5Stuff in bird.

6Delicious when cooked on Weber Grill.
