- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Scrub potatoes, but do not peel.

3Cut each potato lengthwise (4 to 6 wedges).

4Place in shallow pan with skin side down.

5Mix remaining ingredients.

6Brush 2 tablespoons on potatoes.

7Bake for 45 minutes, brushing each 15 minutes.

8Turn potatoes and bake 15 minutes longer.
