  • 2 or 3 pats butter per potato

    Peel potatoes; cut in long wedges (about 8 wedges per potato).

    Put them on a cookie sheet.

    Melt 2 or 3 pats of butter per potato in a small pan.

    Brush a little on the cookie sheet to keep things from sticking.

    Use the rest to brush on the potato wedges (use a basting brush for this).
