  • 2 kilograms Chicken, Cut In Portions
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Mustard
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano
  • 2 Lemons, Juiced
  • 1 cube Chicken Bouillon, Dissolved In 8 Ounces Boiling Water

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (355 degrees F) and make sure it is set to the grill function.

    Place chicken in an oven tray and sprinkle salt and pepper on all sides.

    In a small bowl add mustard, olive oil, oregano, lemon juice and mix very well.

    With a spoon, spread the all of the mustard sauce over chicken.

    Pour the hot water with the dissolved chicken bouillon cube into the oven tray.

    Do not pour the water over your chicken.

    Place the oven tray in the oven and grill for 10 minutes.

    Flip sides and grill for another 10 minutes.

    Flip again and grill until chicken is golden brown, about 10 minutes.

    Do not add wateronce cooled, the sauce will be thick.

    Serve with French fries, rice or mashed potatoes.
