- 1 pound butter
- 1 pound sugar
- 1 pound almonds
- 1 pound walnuts finely chopped
- 1 pound chocolate (semi-sweet)
- 1 cup walnuts whole
Directions

1In a saucepan cook butter and sugar, boiling 5 minutes.

2Stir in almonds and cook 10 to 20 minutes or until nuts begin to pop & turn brown.

3Pour into a shallow pan & let cool.

4Melt chocolate and pour over mixture in pan.

5Sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts.

6After mixture hardens, turn over and sprinkle bottom side with walnuts.

7Break candy into pieces.
