Oven Hash Potatoes

- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- dash of parsley
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish melt 1/2 of the stick of margarine.

2Pour hash brown potatoes over margarine.

3(Leave at room temperature for a few minutes or thaw in microwave for a few minutes.)

4Put on salt, pepper and parsley.

5Mix soup, sour cream, cheese and onion.

6Pour on top of potatoes.

7Melt other half stick of margarine and pour over crushed corn flakes.

8Mix together and put on top of the casserole.

9Bake in a 350° oven 45 minutes. Serves a large number of people.
