  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken
  • 1 pkg. onion salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 c. softened butter
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Directions

    Dip chicken in mixture of salad dressing, softened butter and paprika.

    Roll chicken in bread crumbs and place on foil-lined baking sheet.

    Sprinkle paprika over chicken and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
