- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Hawaiian salt (coarse sea salt)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Rub pork with liquid smoke and 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt.

3Wrap with foil.

4Place in roasting pan and bake 5 hours.

5After baking, shred pork.

6Sprinkle with remaining salt.
