- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 3 slices bread, crumbled
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. allspice (ground)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Combine milk, onion and eggs.

3Add bread, let stand for 5 minutes.

4Add meat and seasonings.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Shape into 4 dozen small balls, 1 1/2-inch diameter. Place on baking pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

7Yields 8 servings (6 per serving).
