- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- crumbled ham or bacon
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Beat eggs, milk, and sour cream.

4Pour into dish, bake until set but moist; about 35 minutes.
