  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. minced shallots
  • 1/2 c. white cooking wine
  • 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
  • salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. dill seed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
