- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (don't defrost)
- 2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- lemon pepper and garlic salt to taste
Directions

1Mix half and half with soup; blend well.

2Add sour cream; blend well.

3Add 1/2 cup crumbs, green onions, cheese, salt and pepper to hash browns.

4Melt 1 stick butter or margarine in a 13 x 9-inch glass dish.

5Pour mixture into dish and sprinkle other 1/2 cup crumbs on top.

6Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until bubbly and brown.
