- 1 head cabbage
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions

1Wash cabbage and cut into 1/2-inch wedges.

2Mix olive oil, salt, garlic powder, turmeric and chili powder in a small bowl.

3Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil and brush on a light coating of the oil mixture.

4Place cabbage wedges on cookie sheet.

5Brush olive oil mixture on to coat, but don't soak them in the mixture.

6You don't want too much spice!

7Roast at 375 for 10 minutes.

8The edges of the cabbage should be slightly brown.

9Flip the wedges over and bake for another 15 minutes at 275.

10Until the wedges are tender.
