- 50 eggs
- 1 qt. milk (hot)
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 sticks margarine
Directions

1Melt margarine into the bottom of a sheet cake pan or oven roaster.

2Preheat oven to 375°.

3Crack and beat eggs.

4Add hot milk and salt and pour into prepared pan.

5Bake 25 minutes, then stir gently to loosen edges.

6Bake an additional 15 minutes or until eggs are set to your liking.

7Serves 25.
