- 1 lb. stew meat
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 medium diced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 6 small carrots
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 3 tsp. tapioca
- 1 slice bread, cubed
Directions

1Cut carrots in pieces and combine all ingredients. Do not brown meat.

2Put in a 3-quart casserole. Bake covered in a 325° oven for 3 hours.
