- 1 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 can English peas
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 large potato, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and cover with mushroom soup.

2Pour into large casserole dish or Dutch oven.

3Cover tightly with aluminum foil, then with dish or pot lid.

4Place in 250° oven for 4 hours. Do not open casserole during cooking time.
