  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. stew beef (or roast)
  • 1 pkg. dry mushroom onion soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. sherry or red wine

Directions

    Mix together and pour over beef (cut in small cubes).

    Bake at 325° for 3 hours, covered.
