Ingredients
- 7 slices bread, white
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese shreddded
- 3 cups milk
- 8 whole eggs beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound breakfast sausage cooked
- 1/4 cup green bell peppers diced
- 1/4 cup yellow onion diced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
Directions

1Grease 9x13 Cake Pan.

2Place bread slices in bottem of pan (I leave the crusts on).

3Cover entire bottom of the pan.

4Sprinkle cheese on the bread.

5Put on whatever other toppings you may have (meat & vegetables etc..)on top of the cheese.

6Combine milk, beaten eggs, & salt.

7Pour over top of other ingredients.

8Refrigerate overnight.

9Bake next morning in 350F (180C) oven for 45 to 60 minutes.

10You can add any kind of breakfast meat you may want (Ham, Bacon etc) more or less this easily adjusts to your tastes.
