- 1 c. shortening
- 1 cake compressed yeast or 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 12 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 4 well-beaten eggs
Directions

1Boil the water and sugar for five minutes, cool and add the rest of ingredients.

2Set at

33:00 P.M. and let rise until 5:00 P.M.

4Knead down and let rise at least 2 times.

5Form into buns and place in pans at 9:30 P.M. or later.

6Keep in a cool place overnight.

7Bake in the morning in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes.
