  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 c. pumpkin (1 lb. can)
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped or 9 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Sprinkle gelatin over water in saucepan. Place over low heat. Stir until gelatin dissolves, 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
