- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (optional)
- dash of salt

4and cream of tartar; beat until stiff. Add sugar, 3 tablespoons at a time and beat 2 minutes
