  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (optional)
  • dash of salt

    and cream of tartar; beat until stiff. Add sugar, 3 tablespoons at a time and beat 2 minutes
