- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy.

2Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.

3Add flavorings; mix well.

4Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.

5Drop by heaping teaspoon onto an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.

6Place in a 350° oven.

7Turn oven off.

8Let stand for 8 to 10 hours or overnight (do not open oven).

9Store in airtight container.

10Yields 4 dozen.
