Overnight Egg Casserole

- 8 slices cubed bread
- 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage or Italian sausage
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Place bread cubes in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese; set aside.

2In skillet, brown sausage. Drain fat.

3Crumble sausage over cheese and bread.

4Beat eggs, milk, mustard, soup and broth; pour over sausage.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
