Ingredients
- 16 slices white bread (without crust)
- 8 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices boiled ham, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 small jar mushrooms, drained
- 1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Butter the bread; place 8 slices, butter side down in pan.

3Place cheese atop.

4Place shredded ham atop.

5Top with remaining 8 slices of bread, butter side up.

6Mix eggs, milk and mustard.

7Pour over bread; refrigerate overnight. Place mushrooms on top.

8Mix cornflakes and melted butter.

9(Can be mixed in Ziploc bag in advance.)

10Place over top.

11Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

12Allow to cool 30 minutes before cutting.
