  • 1 loaf Italian bread, broken into small pieces
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 9 thin slices Genoa salami, chopped
  • 16 eggs
  • 3 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. white cooking wine
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

    Spray a 14 x 11-inch pan with oil.

    Put bread on bottom. Drizzle with margarine.
