- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 head lettuce, torn
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas, thawed
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Remove outer leaves and break cauliflower into flowerets. Wash thoroughly.

2Layer lettuce, cauliflower and peas in 3 quart bowl (in that order).

3Combine sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing well.

4Spread evenly over top, sealing edge of bowl.

5Sprinkle with remaining ingredients in the order listed.

6Cover bowl tightly and chill overnight.

7Yields 8 to 10 servings.
