- 1 cup almond milk
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- Mango Puree:
- 2 small mangoes - peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions

1Stir almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cardamom together in a bowl with a lid. Refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.

2Combine mango and maple syrup in a blender; blend until smooth.
