- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 small pack stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
Directions

1Cook broccoli in 1/2 cup of water for 15 minutes.

2Chop into small pieces after cooked.

3Combine remaining ingredients with broccoli.

4Pour into 1-quart casserole dish.

5Top with buttered bread crumbs and more shredded cheese.

6Bake at 300° for 20 to 30 minutes.
