- 1 cup oats
- 2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins
Directions

1Layer all ingredients in a wide mouth pint (16 oz) jar.

2At this point you can store, or give away as a gift!

3When ready to eat, fill the jar with milk of your choice (regular, almond, soy, coconut, etc.) and shake well. Refrigerate overnight, then enjoy.

4Raisins and cinnamon can be substituted for cocoa and chocolate chips; or shredded coconut and green tea powder. If making for yourself and you don't plan on storing on a shelf, substitute liquid sweeteners like honey, maple syrup, or agave! The flavor possibilities are endless - add nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, etc. for variations!
