  • Lizzie uses So Delicious's unsweetened coconut milk for this recipe but says any nut or cows milk would work, just keep 1:1 ration
  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Slivered Almonds
  • 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a glass jar. Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight

    Top with your favorite fresh fruit
