- 6 c. sliced cucumbers with skin
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 onion, sliced thin (optional 1 to 2)
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Heat sugar, vinegar, salt and seed until sugar is melted. Pour over cucumbers and onion in a large bowl.

2Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.

3Put in jars next day.

4These will store well for months if kept in the refrigerator.
