- 4 lb. potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. sour cream
- 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Place sliced potatoes in a large bowl.

2Add cheese.

3Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter.

4Stir in soup and sour cream.

5Pour over potatoes and cheese; mix well.

6Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

7Cover; refrigerate overnight.

8Sprinkle corn flakes; drizzle 3 tablespoons butter.

9Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
