- 2 c. cooked squash
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. toasted bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. oleo or butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix onion and mushroom soup well.

2Add eggs and mix.

3Add cooked squash.

4Beat well and add sugar.

5Pour into well-greased casserole half of the squash mixture.

6Sprinkle with half of the cheese and half of the bread crumbs.

7Add the other half of the squash and spread with rest of cheese and bread crumbs.

8Melt butter and pour over top.

9Bake 45 minutes at 325°.
