- 1 head lettuce
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. pepper (green)
- 1 c. frozen peas, thawed but not cooked
- 2 c. mayonnaise plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 oz. sharp cheese, grated
- 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Directions

1Put first 5 ingredients in bowl in layers as listed.

2Mix mayonnaise and sugar and pour on salad, covering good so you do not see things sticking up.

3Sprinkle cheese on top and then bacon.

4Cover with Saran Wrap; refrigerate overnight.

5Mix just before serving.
