  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • juice of 1 lemon

Directions

    Prepare the day before needed for use.

    Place in a refrigerator overnight.

    Place milk in double boiler.

    When warm, add eggs, mustard and salt.

    Cook until thick.

    Remove from stove and add lemon juice.
