- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sweet milk
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions

1Prepare the day before needed for use.

2Place in a refrigerator overnight.

3Place milk in double boiler.

4When warm, add eggs, mustard and salt.

5Cook until thick.

6Remove from stove and add lemon juice.
