Oyster Corn Bread Dressing

- 8 to 10 c. coarsely crumbled corn bread
- 2 slices white bread, toasted and torn in pieces
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cans whole oysters, drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 5 to 6 c. turkey or chicken broth
Directions

1Chop oysters and combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in enough broth until mixture is very moist.

2Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish (or pan).

3Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

4Makes 12 to 15 servings.
