  • 8 to 10 c. cold coarsely crumbled corn bread
  • 2 slices diced white bread, toasted
  • 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 2 cans oysters, drained and chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 5 to 6 c. turkey or chicken broth

Directions

    Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.

    Stir in enough broth to make mixture moist and very wet.

    Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch or a 3-quart casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
