- 8 to 10 c. cold coarsely crumbled corn bread
- 2 slices diced white bread, toasted
- 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. diced onion
- 2 cans oysters, drained and chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 5 to 6 c. turkey or chicken broth
Directions

1Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Stir in enough broth to make mixture moist and very wet.

3Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch or a 3-quart casserole.

4Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
