- 1 1/2 loaves bread
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. Milnot
- salt
- pepper
- 2 (12 oz.) cans oysters
- chicken broth
- butter
Directions

1Toast bread in oven.

2In bowl, mix eggs, Milnot and a little salt.

3In another bowl, put oysters, salt them and turn.

4Heat chicken broth.

5Mix a little hot chicken broth in eggs and Milnot. Put oysters in this.

6Crumble bread and put oysters and egg mixture in and then pour boiling broth over bread.

7Taste for salt and pepper.

8Add a lump of butter.

9Heat at 350° for 1 hour.
