  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 pt. oysters
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper

    Melt butter. Add crumbs and mix well.

    Spread 1/3 of the mixture in greased baking dish.

    Put half of the oysters on top of crumbs in one layer. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add a layer of crumbs, then a layer of oysters, then a final layer of crumbs. Pour milk over the top. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes until top is browned. Garnish with parsley.
