Oyster Stuffed Squash

- 4 small acorn squash
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 (12 oz.) cans small oysters, drained
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 qt. 1/2-inch soft bread cubes
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. French dressing
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Place squash cut sides down into 2 tablespoons butter.

2Cover; bake 30 minutes at 350°.

3Remove from oven; turn squash over. Saute onion, celery and oysters until tender; add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, French dressing and soft bread, 1/2 cup in each squash.

4Top with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
